All of our clients are incredibly important to us and so we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 48-hour notice so that appointment time can offered to wait-list clients.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency but please be aware that last minute cancellations (within 24 hours) or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
Breakdown of cancellation fees:
- Less than 48 hours notice could will result in a charge equal to 50% of full treatment cost
- Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the full treatment cost
- ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% of full treatment cost
More than 2 no shows could result in all full payment in advance of all future bookings.
